Project co-financed within the framework of the Operational Programme Intelligent Development 2014-2020 by the European Regional Development Fund.
We are currently undergoing R&D phase on a cuffless blood pressure monitor, allowing constant imaging of the results (Microwave + PPG)
Project Aim
The project aims to create a method for continuous blood pressure monitoring in hypertensive patients, however, completely bypassing traditional, cumbersome testing methods such as a pumped cuff or sensing nodes placed on the subject’s body.

Measurement method
Range of application
The direction of fast and wearable medical devices connected to telemedicine systems becomes apparent in hospitalisation, telemedicine and in cases where the patient’s treatment is to take place at home.
In each of these cases, wireless devices that are able to perform measurement data transmission in addition to the diagnostic function are particularly desirable on the market. This is due to the fact, that many patients with cardiac conditions are advised to exercise at home, e.g. treadmill, or bicycle.

POIR.01.01.01-00-0800/20
