Design for the construction of a device for high-resolution spectroscopy near the absorption edge in the extreme ultraviolet and soft X-ray range.
Measurement Method
A spectrometer in the soft X-ray range, with the possibility of point acquisition of an absorption spectrum and a reference spectrum at the same time.
